For Christmas, the great google taught me how to fix a cracked crevasse-riddled cheesecake. I submit for approval the rent-and-mended results:

A little kitchen witchery for Christmas seems appropriate. Thank you tech-savvy culinary gurus. The trick here is a warm, wet flexible knife, some patience, and basic remodeling skills -- one of the few bits of fine art I did not fail utterly in. :)
