It seems like every time I turn around there's another holiday to bake for. This year we're bringing a Winter Fruit Salad and a Mint-Chocolate Tart to Grandma Barbara's, and then a Pumpkin Pie (you've seen this before) and Cheesecake (not quite ready for its close up) to tomorrow's festivities. Here's some pictures of our new holiday stars:


We've actually got a tree up, too, which is my first Christmas/Yule tree of my very own, ever. I put a picture on flickr and tagged it up with a bunch of notes about where some of our ornaments are from. It makes me happy that a fair number of them are from overseas, trips I took or my parents did. I kind of wish I'd bought an ornament in Rothenburg in 2002 now.
