Grill Party

Katie is visiting, so we decided to make up a greek-ish marinade for beef souvlaki. She made a rockin' greek salad, and we finally grilled the shrimp that's been hanging around in the freezer since last summer. Also neat: grill-roasted garlic (from Gilroy!) and grilled strawberries (in foil pouches).

Marinade
1/4 c Yogurt
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp lemon zest
3 Tbsp chopped fresh dill
1 Tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
4 cloves garlic, pressed
1 Tsp dried Greek oregano
1 Tsp dried thyme
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper to taste
