Leftovers to the rescue!

When we cooked this weekend, we weren't planning on hosting back to back dinners at our place. P & C came by to visit Monday, brought us an awesome wedding gift, and helped us knock out some of the leftovers. My colleague from Switzerland came over for a "Grill Party" yesterday, some we made hamburgers, corn, and shared the home-made ice cream.

I'm beginning to think the Swiss bring over a list of American foods and try to sample every one of them while they're on a business trip.

Tonight's dinner will be quieter, and back to leftovers. As tired as we were on Sunday, I'm doubly glad now that we cooked for the week anyway!
